Isoflex Special Primer & Liquid Rubber should still be wet when cleaning, once dry it can't be cleaned off the surface or brushes
Cleaning Surfaces: Damp a cloth with the clean up fluid and wipe the surface to clean up spills.
Cleaning Brushes: Pour the product into a tin and place the brushes into the fluid. Leave to soak for an hour and then remove. Rinse brushes in white spirit.
